Select

  1. Select a scooter for a certain period of time (Rent: for 7 days, for 30 days, BUY)
  2. Enter the number of pieces, fill in your data, select where you want to pick up
  3. Send the order

Pay

  1. You will receive an order confirmation email
  2. If you have placed more than 1 order, we will identify it by the place of pickup, we will contact you on the phone number provided to determine the shipping method and the final price for the rental
  3. You will make payment using the available payment methods indicated in the second email message

Get

  1. Pick up from the courier or at the point of your choice at the agreed time
  2. Remove all components, frame with handlebars and wheels from the carton
  3. Unwrap everything from the foil and sponge
  4. Keep the carton, felt and sponge – you will need it for return

Ride a scooter

  1. Put the axles through the hubs and attach the wheels
  2. See to it that the wheels are well mounted, straight and tighten the clamp
  3. The scooter is ready to ride

Pack

  1. On the last day of rental, wrap the scooter in foil, sponge and put it in a cardboard box
  2. Make sure it is packed safely
  3. Inform us at kontakt@hulajka.eu that the scooter is ready for collection
  4. We will order a courier and pick up the scooter – Thank you
